Many of them always try to find new products that will help to fight their nail problems. And not many of them know the simple rule: if you want to have healthy and strong nails round the year, look what you eat. Yes, you didn’t mishear. Your nails are fragile because of the lack of the vitamins, and they are flaky because your organism is in a need of proteins, iron and flint. If your food is rich with all the necessary vitamins and minerals, you’ll probably never experience any problems with your nails. So, the right diet really is the easiest way of hand nail care. Add rice, nuts, eggs, potatoes and cucumbers to your daily ration, and fulfil the lack of proteins. If your flaky nails are the result of the lack of iron, eat lean meat, liver, egg yolk, dried fruits and verdure. Fish, bananas, currants, cheese, milk and cultured milk foods will also be very good for your flaky nails. If your nails are fragile and break at the first opportunity, maybe your organism needs Vitamin B12 – eat chicken, tuna, liver and cultured milk foods. If you want your nails to grow faster, your ration needs more iron, proteins, calcium, iodine. So, eat carrots, dairy products, eggs, seafood and gelatine. A little amount of salt also won’t do any harm. Include all these foods to your daily ration and enjoy your healthy and beautiful nails! Pascale Loveniers Akwa Beauty & Wellness Nagelstudio Wellnails
